Bio
Walt Moody is a lifelong resident of the Valdosta area. After high school, he attended Valdosta State College for two years before being forced to leave school after being seriously injured in an automobile crash. He later resumed his studies at Florida State University, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. After college, he attended The Florida State University College of Law. In law school he was a member of the team competing in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competition, where he was an intramural team winner and was also honored as “Best Advocate”. After school, Walt became a member of the state bar in Florida and Georgia. He is also a member of the Valdosta Bar Association, the Valdosta Chamber of Commerce and the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys. In his spare time, Walt enjoys turkey hunting, dog training and cooking.
